Toltac®system: virtual plannings

The aim of the Toltac® project is to leave the operator as free as possible. This means that he is free to use the drills already in his possession, to use his usual technique, to see and irrigate the implant site as he is used to doing.
But also from the point of view of planning, we are working to allow Toltac® users to continue to use their favourite software, through agreements with the various software companies.

Currently, we are able to run RealGuide®, coDiagnostiX™ and Implant 3D® softwares, but we are making arrangements with others to allow their users to plan according to the Toltac® system as well.

Below here a few hints to use the Toltac® files in the mentioned softwares.

If you would like to use Toltac® but cannot use one of these software packages, or if you are simply not familiar with virtual planning and would like help with this, our consultants can help you and provide you with a planning according to your needs. You can obtain the final file of your Toltac® template to be 3D printed on yourself or the printed template directly.

RealGuide®

Simply select Toltac® files from the list of available sleeves and proceed to design.

Ignore any messages warning of a sleeve conflict when inserting two or more implants close together: this refers to the round portion of the sleeve, which is only a space provided for the handpiece head, and can be merged without problems. It is only necessary to respect the Toltac® guide site, leaving, if possible, at least 2-3 mm of resin between the guides, to make the template more resistant.

coDiagnostiX™

Waiting for the next software updates, currently Toltac® files still need to be uploaded as customised sleeves, but our consultants will do this for you very quickly. Contact us by the mail access in this page and our consultants will do the uploading for you.

Titolo 1

The Toltac® file allows automatically creating a site for the Toltac® guide in the correct position for your implant site. It will be up to you to rotate it in the preferred position and set it at the correct distance from the bone level of the implant (as stated by our R&D team, default is 7 mm)

The round part of the Toltac® file will automatically position itself along the planned axis of the implant.

It automatically creates a space for the handpiece head during surgery, which also allows a better view of the surgical site.

But if you wish, with all these softwares feel free to design a template that is vestibularly completely open at the implant sites, because Toltac® leaves you free...

Implant 3D®

If you use the software Media Lab Implant 3D you will find the Toltac® setup to design the templates according our system. In case of problems, contact us by the mail access in this page and our consultants will do the uploading of the setup for you.
